Registration & Payment Policies

What is Included
Fees includes a manual, eight hours of course instruction and practical sessions per day, morning and afternoon refreshments and certificate upon course completion. The fee does not include lunch.

Full Courses

Deposit
A deposit of £450.00 reserves your course place.  Please note that you are NOT registered until you have received email or written confirmation from Polestar Pilates UK Limited.

Early Booking Discounts and Offers
You must register at least two months prior to the course date, with payment in full or payment plan agreed, to receive any promoted early booking discount or free DVD offer.

Payment Plan - Debit/Credit Cards only.
For your convenience, and at no extra charge, we will agree with you a payment plan to settle your outstanding balance in equal instalments, each becoming due no later than 30 days prior to each module in the course. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards.

Individual Modules

At our discretion, subject to availability, we may accept bookings for individual course modules.  Taken separately, individual modules are priced pro-rata plus an administration charge of £50.00.  A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your place on a module. Full payment must be received within 30 days of the module start date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds following cancellation will be made as follows:

  • More than 30 days prior to course/module start – full refund of all module/course fees, less an administration charge of £50.00
  • Between 16 – 30 days prior to course/module start – 50% refund of course/module fees
  • 15 days or less – no refund

Cancellation of any booking made with the free DVD offer will be refunded as above, less the prevailing advertised retail cost of the DVD.

We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any course or course module, in which case the tuition will be refunded in full. Polestar Pilates UK Ltd. is not responsible for any participant’s hotel/airline reservations or transportation to and from a course in the event of cancellation of a course.

Lost Certificates and Manuals

Replacement certificates for workshops and/or courses can be provided to attendees upon payment of a £10.00 administration charge, to include postage within UK. An additional £5.00 is levied for airmail postage.

Replacement manuals for course modules can be provided to attendees upon payment of a £25.00 administration charge for each, to include postage within UK. An additional £7.50 is levied for airmail postage.
