Just to say a massive thank you for another super weekend! I think that the format, organisation, delivery and content are so brilliant - covering everything in perfect depth. I also think the expertise, knowledge, energy and enthusiasm you all bring to the course makes it such a positive learning experience. I have been on so many courses recently where as students we can feel quite excluded in a funny way from the teachers/lecturers, whose knowledge and expertise isn't always freely given - it is so refreshing that you all want us to be great Polestar teachers and are inviting us to be part of the gang (!), by supporting us so well during our learning. Thank you!
One other thing I thank you personally for is your little words of wisdom "you don't know what you don't know" - this little phrase has been in the back of my mind and helped me through the first few weeks of my job, when I've been doubting myself and worrying about all I think I should know!
Bethan Cohen, 2009/10 Mat Series Student
‘I’ve trained with many different
Pilates organisations. Polestar was absolutely incomparable to the rest.
In a short space of time the depth of my understanding and the breadth
of my knowledge increased dramatically. The repertoire I learned was hugely
flexible - it can be regressed and progressed to suit all levels of ability.
Critically, I now have some excellent cueing techniques which have greatly
enhanced my communication skills, enabling me to successfully teach as
well as ‘do’. Thank you very much.’

well-being. All those trained/training with Polestar at Blackberry, are
very positive about the training and its potential.'

'As an osteopathic practitioner I find it relatively easy to bring about
change in a patient's balance, but hard to keep it that way. The Polestar

with lasting results.'

your patient, to be able to justify and validate your choice of exercises,
