Starting on Friday 10th July, Polestar Educator Andy MacDonald will be holding a weekly 60 minute class for Pilates teachers.  These classes will cover concepts and ideas that we so often teach and yet seldom practice ourselves.  The class will have a classical slant and build a repertoire week on week giving participants the opportunity to develop more depth and meaning to their Pilates practise.  After each class there will be 15 minutes to review any of the exercises that need further clarification.  

Andy is also available for private 1-to-1 sessions on Friday afternoons before and after the classes.

£20.00 per class or £60.00 for four - inclusive of VAT

Note you do not have to specify now which four dates you want to attend - just so long as you book ahead.
